Skincare 4 Men

Men??? Why not? Sure men can caring their own skin. Not only women!! So don't worry and don't be shy guys. Usually a men who is care about their appearance is called metrosexual. What's wrong with that? no problem right? There are many products that you can buy which can make your skin look healthy. Maybe in Indonesia it is not famous as in Korea, but i hope from now every Indonesian men can start to care about their appearance.

There are many opportunity that you can get after you care about your appearance, for example: you can get attention from women (sure, you have a good skin, shiny, healthy skin), maybe you can get a new position in your job because your face. Nobody know about it, you must try. 


Generally, there are 3 adult male skin type, there are oily skin, dry skin and sensitive skin. All types of men's skin needs extra care in order to protect skin from skin diseases for example acne. Usually a man will be more concentration on the skin treatment that is generally open as the skin on the face, hands, neck, etc which is part of bare skin and are often exposed to ultra violet rays from the sun or air pollutants. Many ways can be done by an adult male to perform maintenance on the skin, especially the skins are often open and are exposed to the sun's UV rays or air pollution:

  1. Cleaning the body or bath twice a day.
  2. Wearing hand body to keep skin looking healthy when you move out.
  3. Drink enough water so that the skin does not easily dry
  4. Taking vitamins or fruits are good for the skin.

After you perform maintenance on your skin, you will want to know the changes in your skin, here are some signs of a man's skin be as healthy:

  1. First, healthy skin are usually clean from dark spots on the skin
  2. Second, healthy skin is skin that looks radiant.
  3. Third, healthy skin is skin that looks soft and smooth.
  4. Fourth, healthy skin is skin looks more healthy or fresh.

To do skin care for men is not easy and instant as it takes persistence and tenacity in order to have beautiful skin. Therefore skin care can be started from a small things, like taking a shower 2 times a day, use a moisturizer if any outside activities, and multiply drinking water and eat fruits fruits are good for skin health.
